Data collected

This website does not set any tracking or advertising cookies. When you make a purchase, the payment provider collects the data needed for the transaction (name, email, country, payment details) as well as your MetaTrader 5 account number. The Seller receives your name, email, MetaTrader 5 account number and order details, in order to issue your license, issue the invoice and provide support.

License check

About every 6 hours, Hybrid Or sends our server your license key and your MetaTrader 5 account number, solely to check that your subscription is active. It does not send your trades, your balances or any other data from your account. These checks are not kept beyond the host's technical logs.

Legal basis and retention

This processing is based on the performance of the sales contract and on our legal obligations (accounting). Billing data is kept for 10 years; support exchanges for 3 years after the last contact.

Recipients

Payment provider: Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland), which processes payments and subscriptions. Hosting: Cloudflare, Inc. (United States). The website's fonts are hosted on the site itself: no data is sent to a third-party font service.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Write to contact. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
